It’s Not A Denial ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor [@wlbcigc]

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: (John. 11:25)
Our life situations may change but God and His word never change. In many cases, the time lapse before the answers to our prayers actually manifest is so excruciatingly painful that it seems God has denied us our desires. No! God never denies us any good thing because his mercies endureth forever. You must understand that the only enemy you have is Satan the devil. He is deft in infiltrating your thoughts with doubts about God’s word.

This accounts for why many are not responding positively to the word of God. Although Mary and Martha thought it was too late when Jesus arrived after Lazarus’ death. Jesus assured them that he is the resurrection and the life. You should understand that nothing should discourage you from following the Lord. Jesus is always on time.
He is never late. His delay was for the victory to be dramatic and total. Always understand that at the right time, God’s intervention brings refreshing to difficult circumstances. His delay is to confirm the victory. Delay does not mean denial.
