What is 'Born Again' ?

Jesus (Jn3:3,5) and Peter (Acts2:37-38) on different occasions told us exactly what we need to know about being Born Again:

This is true repentance and receiving the Baptism of water and Holy Spirit.

True repentance is reflected in action and not just mere knowledge. The Holy Spirit Baptism equips you for the forewarned wiles of the devil. It helps you not to backslide into your past again.
